📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and mentor a high-performing team of 10-15 operations professionals.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Oversee the integration of fintech solutions, including payment gateways and digital banking platforms.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and industry standards.
• Manage and optimize our financial systems, including accounting, billing, and reconciliation processes.
• Collaborate with the IT department to implement and maintain our technology infrastructure.
• Analyze operational data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the operations team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in fintech operations, with a proven track record in financial services.
• Certification in financial operations or project management is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of financial software and tools, including Salesforce, QuickBooks, and Stripe.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Proven ability to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian.
