HVACR Technician Coordinator - FamilyMart Retail Maintenance Team

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the maintenance, repair, and optimization of HVACR systems in all FamilyMart stores in Jakarta Selatan.
• Coordinate with a team of HVACR technicians to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks.
• Manage inventory of HVACR parts and ensure adequate stock levels.
• Schedule and prioritize maintenance tasks to minimize downtime and ensure store comfort.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and prevent breakdowns.
• Work closely with store managers to address technical issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and maintenance protocols.
• Provide training and support to junior technicians to maintain high standards of performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an HVACR Technician or similar role.
• Certification in HVACR systems (e.g., Refrigeration, Air Conditioning, or Heating Systems).
• Proven experience in managing a team of technicians.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance software such as SAP or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with local building codes and regulations.
• Ability to travel to various store locations as required.
