Pro Crystal Group is seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Madiun. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring high-quality service, and maintaining a positive customer experience. This is a hybrid position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work both in the office and remotely.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage service.,Ensure high-quality service and maintain a positive customer experience.,Manage and train staff to ensure they meet the restaurant's standards and goals.,Monitor and maintain food safety and quality standards.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement.,Work closely with the kitchen and other departments to ensure smooth operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian culture and cuisine is a plus.
