NEXUS Ekspansindo is looking for a skilled IT Support professional to join our team in Badung, Bali. As an IT Support, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our employees and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure. This is an urgent position, so we need someone who can start immediately.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees for hardware, software, and network issues.,Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and other IT equipment.,Monitor and maintain the performance of our IT infrastructure.,Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.,Maintain and update IT documentation and records.,Ensure the security and integrity of our IT systems and data.,Provide training and support to new employees on IT systems and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a related role.,Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networks.,Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows and Linux.,Experience with network protocols and technologies such as TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.,Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with employees at all levels.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
