📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage engineering projects from inception to completion,Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets,Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards,Monitor project progress and address any issues or challenges,Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers,Conduct regular project reviews and report on progress to management,Maintain and update project documentation and records

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in project engineering,Strong knowledge of engineering principles and practices,Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering projects,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Proficiency in relevant engineering software and tools,Valid driver's license and ability to travel if required
