📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Promoting Home Credit products and services to potential customers.
  • Building and maintaining customer relationships.
  • Achieving sales targets and quotas.
  • Providing excellent customer service and support.
  • Collecting and processing customer data accurately.
  • Assisting in the organization and execution of sales events and promotions.
  • Reporting sales performance and activities to the sales manager.
  • Adhering to company policies and procedures.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Good understanding of financial products and services.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with sales tools and software.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
