📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and relationship building.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.

Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.

Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure partnerships and sales.

Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement.

Provide regular reports and updates to management on sales activities and performance.

Attend industry events and conferences to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and partnership management.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building successful partnerships.

Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
