• Design and implement training programs that align with the strategic goals of the province.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a government or public sector setting.
• Certification in training and development (e.g., Certified Professional in Learning and Performance - CPLP) is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of training methodologies and tools such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with government regulations and policies related to training and development.
• Proficiency in Indonesian and English, both written and spoken.
