📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the coordination and management of the company's fleet.,Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules and ensure timely servicing.,Track fuel consumption and manage fuel cards.,Assist in the preparation of monthly fleet reports.,Coordinate with drivers and ensure safe and efficient operations.,Assist in the organization of vehicle inspections and safety checks.,Support in the management of vehicle documentation and records.,Assist in the planning and execution of fleet-related projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet coordination or a related field.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Knowledge of fleet management software is a plus.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Valid driver's license is a plus.
