Food Root Group is seeking a dedicated Banquet Staff to join our team in Pasuruan, Jawa Timur. As a Banquet Staff, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to our guests during events and functions. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide excellent customer service to guests during events and functions.,Assist in setting up and tearing down event spaces.,Prepare and serve food and beverages to guests.,Ensure that all event equipment and supplies are properly maintained and in good condition.,Work closely with the event coordinator to ensure that all event details are executed smoothly.,Follow all health and safety regulations and guidelines.,Maintain a clean and organized work area.,Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in a food service or hospitality role is preferred.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Good time management and organizational skills.,Familiarity with basic food preparation and serving techniques.,Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds.,Must be able to pass a background check.
