📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing the daily operations of the branch, including logistics and distribution activities.,Managing a team of employees, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.,Monitoring and reporting on branch performance, including sales, delivery times, and customer satisfaction.,Developing and implementing strategies to improve branch efficiency and productivity.,Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.,Participating in company-wide initiatives and projects as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the logistics or distribution industry.,Strong knowledge of logistics operations, including inventory management, transportation, and warehousing.,Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for data analysis and reporting.,Familiarity with ERP systems and logistics management software is a plus.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proven track record of achieving sales and operational targets.
