📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare ingredients according to recipes and specifications.,Assist the Head Chef in the preparation and cooking of dishes.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Follow food safety and hygiene protocols.,Stock and manage kitchen supplies and inventory.,Assist in the training and development of junior staff.,Participate in kitchen meetings and contribute to kitchen policies.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Commis Chef or similar role.,Knowledge of Indonesian and Western cuisine.,Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.,Valid food handler's permit.
