📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Sales Manager in developing and implementing sales strategies and plans.,Conduct market research to identify potential customers and opportunities.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.,Support the Sales Manager in negotiating contracts and closing deals.,Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the Sales Manager.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote our products and services.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or a related field.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding expectations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with sales software and CRM systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.
