📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the development and execution of product strategies for ByteDance’s global payment solutions.
• Conduct market research and analyze user feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to translate product requirements into technical specifications.
• Create and maintain product documentation, including user stories, wireframes, and roadmaps.
• Participate in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Support the product management team in gathering and analyzing data to inform decision-making.
• Assist in the coordination of cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of payment products.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation in payment solutions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of product management principles and practices.
• Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, or Tableau.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team.
• Familiarity with payment systems and digital transaction technologies is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Indonesian is a bonus.
