Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, lead generation, and relationship building.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers.,Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement strategies that drive revenue and market share growth.,Conduct market analysis and competitor benchmarking to identify opportunities and trends in the industry.,Prepare and present business proposals, reports, and presentations to stakeholders and management.,Manage and track business development activities and performance metrics to ensure targets are met.,Build and maintain a strong network of industry contacts and influencers to support business growth.,Participate in trade shows, industry events, and networking activities to promote our brand and products.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.,Proven track record of success in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.,Strong understanding of the local and regional market dynamics and trends.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with CRM software and other business development tools.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
