This role is perfect for someone who is fluent in Japanese and has experience in the manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for interpreting between Japanese and Indonesian, assisting in general administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth communication within the team.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Interpret between Japanese and Indonesian for meetings, discussions, and other communication needs.,Assist in general administrative tasks such as scheduling, correspondence, and data entry.,Ensure accurate and timely translation of documents and materials.,Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.,Support the team in organizing and conducting meetings and events.,Assist in the preparation and distribution of meeting minutes and reports.,Provide support in the coordination of logistics and travel arrangements.,Contribute to the overall smooth operation of the office environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Fluent in both written and spoken Japanese and Indonesian.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in interpreting or translation services.,Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Bachelor's degree in Japanese, Translation, Interpretation, or related field is preferred.,Good understanding of company policies and procedures.
