📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Oversee inventory control, including stock levels, ordering, and replenishment.,Train and motivate store staff to achieve sales targets and maintain high service standards.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote products and attract customers.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the regional manager.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Collaborate with other departments to support overall business objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of retail operations and customer service principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Fluency in Indonesian is a plus.,Dynamic and proactive approach to problem-solving.
