• Host live-streaming shopping events, showcasing products and engaging with viewers in real-time.
• Promote Lazada products and special offers to maximize sales and conversions.
• Build a strong personal brand and community around Lazada’s live-streaming platform.
• Collaborate with product teams to ensure accurate and engaging product demonstrations.
• Monitor and respond to viewer comments and questions to create a positive shopping experience.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your live-streaming skills.
• Track and report on live-streaming performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Represent Lazada’s values and culture in all interactions with viewers and colleagues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Minimum 1 tahun pengalaman sebagai live host atau presenter di platform streaming.
• Penguasaan bahasa Indonesia dan bahasa Inggris yang baik, baik dalam lisan maupun tulisan.
• Kemampuan untuk berkomunikasi dengan jelas dan ramah di depan kamera.
• Kemampuan untuk bekerja dalam tim dan berkolaborasi dengan berbagai departemen.
• Pengalaman dengan e-commerce dan pemahaman tentang tren belanja online.
• Pengguna aktif sosial media dengan minat dalam konten streaming.
• Kemampuan untuk beradaptasi dengan cepat dalam situasi yang dinamis.
• Sedia untuk bekerja secara fleksibel, termasuk pada jam-jam sibuk.
