📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the finance and accounting functions of the organization,Prepare and maintain financial reports and statements,Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions,Monitor and control cash flow and budget,Lead and mentor a team of finance and accounting staff,Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards,Provide financial advice and guidance to management,Develop and implement financial strategies and policies

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance and accounting,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices,Excellent leadership and communication skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Proficient in using accounting software and financial tools,Familiarity with financial regulations and standards,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
