Manage and maintain key client accounts in the property development sector,Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders,Provide excellent customer service and support to clients,Monitor and report on account performance and sales activities,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote property development projects,Attend and participate in industry events and networking opportunities,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management, sales, or property development,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing key accounts,Excellent communication and negotiation skills,Strong organizational and time management skills,Fluency in Mandarin both spoken and written,Proficiency in English for business communication,Knowledge of property development processes and industry trends
