Code Gold Pratama is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Supervisor to join our team in Singkawang, Kalimantan Barat. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing operations, managing staff, and ensuring the smooth running of our projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in supervision and a strong understanding of operational management.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Manage and mentor a team of supervisors and staff to achieve operational goals.,Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements to enhance productivity.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless project execution.,Handle employee relations, including recruitment, training, and performance reviews.,Ensure health and safety standards are met in the workplace.,Manage budgets and resources to ensure efficient use and cost control.,Provide regular reports to senior management on operational performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role.,Proven experience in operational management and team leadership.,Strong knowledge of HR policies and practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations is a plus.
