📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to the menu and customer requirements.,Maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety.,Ensure that the kitchen is clean and well-organized at all times.,Manage inventory and ensure that all ingredients are available and used efficiently.,Work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.,Assist in training and mentoring new kitchen staff.,Follow all health and safety regulations in the kitchen.,Participate in regular kitchen meetings and staff discussions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a kitchen environment.,Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Good knowledge of Indonesian cuisine and international dishes.,Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.,Strong communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new recipes and techniques.
