📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source and screen candidates using various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' fit for the role and company culture.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process.,Maintain a strong understanding of the local job market and industry trends to identify and attract the best candidates.,Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and industry contacts.,Provide feedback and guidance to candidates throughout the recruitment process.,Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant recruitment software.,Familiarity with local job market and industry trends in Mempawah.,Ability to travel to different locations as needed.
