📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain technical documentation for software, hardware, and services.,Collaborate with engineers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure documentation accuracy and relevance.,Create user manuals, guides, and tutorials to support our customers.,Write and edit technical articles, white papers, and case studies.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.,Provide feedback and suggestions to improve our documentation processes.,Ensure all documentation is consistent with our brand voice and style guide.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, Communications, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing.,Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.,Familiarity with technical documentation tools and software.,Experience working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.,Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
