📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and implement comprehensive learning programs that align with company goals.
• Develop curriculum and training materials for various departments.
• Conduct needs assessments and gap analyses to identify training requirements.
• Deliver impactful learning solutions through workshops, e-learning, and mentorship.
• Collaborate with regional and international stakeholders to ensure world-class learning initiatives.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation in learning and development.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in learning and development, with a proven track record in designing and implementing training programs.
• Certification in instructional design or a related field is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of learning management systems such as Moodle, Cornerstone, or SAP SuccessFactors.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a diverse and global team.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in the hospitality or tourism industry is a plus.
