As a Guest Services Associate, you will work closely with our team to maintain high standards of service, using tools like Guest Relations Management System (GRMS) and Property Management System (PMS). 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Greet and assist guests upon arrival and departure, ensuring a warm and professional welcome.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and efficiently.
• Provide information about local attractions, dining, and activities to enhance the guest experience.
• Manage front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest rooms are clean and ready.
• Maintain accurate records using GRMS and PMS.
• Promote and uphold the hotel's policies and procedures.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in guest services or related roles in the hospitality industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and customer service abilities.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with GRMS and PMS software is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Valid work permit for Bali, Indonesia.
• Enthusiasm for travel and a passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
