📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct one-on-one vocal lessons with artists, focusing on technique, performance, and vocal health.
• Develop and implement personalized training programs tailored to each artist's unique needs.
• Use professional recording equipment and software to record and analyze vocal performances.
• Provide constructive feedback and guidance to help artists improve their vocal skills.
• Stay updated with the latest vocal training techniques and industry trends.
• Collaborate with other team members to support the overall development of our artists.
• Participate in studio sessions and performances to provide real-time coaching and support.
• Attend team meetings and contribute to the creative and professional growth of the company.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Certified Vocal Coach with a recognized certification from a reputable institution.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in vocal coaching, preferably in a professional setting.
• Strong knowledge of vocal technique, performance, and vocal health.
• Proficiency in using professional recording equipment and software such as Pro Tools, Logic Pro, or Adobe Audition.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with artists and team members.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for music and a commitment to nurturing talent.
• Fluency in English, with additional knowledge of local languages an advantage.
